The hotel's location near the airport is a HUGE plus. The shuttle service worked great and made everything easy. The staff members were helpful and their customer service really impressed me. I needed assistance and they were quick and friendly.
The room was quite small, so maneuvering around my luggage was a little challenging.

The breakfast included some basic options, which I found acceptable.
My room lacked any coffee or kettle facilities, a significant oversight for a modern hotel. The bathroom seemed hardly big enough for one person. Space was really limited. The absence of a lift also proved rather inconvenient, especially when hauling luggage to upper floors.

The staff provided a shuttle service to and from the airport, I found this very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items, I enjoyed a good start to the day each morning. My room was always clean, fresh towels were provided daily. The metro station nearby offered easy access to the city center.
